Brooklyn Beauty Suite

The College has its own hairdressing, beauty therapy and holistic therapies salons run in conjunction with students, which are open to the general public. A wide range of beauty therapy and holistic treatments are available, including aromatherapy and reflexology, massage, manicure and pedicure, facial therapy, self-tanning and electrolysis at competitive prices.

The Brooklyn Suite also has three hairdressing salons. Students offer cut and blow drying, long hairdressing, styling, colouring and straightening. The sports section of the Brooklyn Suite offers a range of massage, fitness testing and training.

Theatre

Throughout the year, the College organises a number of dance and drama productions. Visit us again for details of our forthcoming shows, which will be posted here throughout the year.

Student Centre

The College has invested heavily in recent years to provide modern facilities for dining and recreational activities at its campuses. The Amenities Centre at the Sutton Coldfield Campus offers students a dining room with hot and cold food, snacks and drinks. There are two student common rooms one of which has pool tables, games machines and drinks dispensers; the other provides lounge seating, TV, reading materials and games. There is also a dedicated dining room/refectory at the Great Barr Campus, with common room facilities available, together with a Snack Bar/Bistro facility at the Design Centre, offering students the opportunity to relax and socialise in pleasant surroundings.

Gym and Sports Facilities

Sutton Coldfield Campus has outstanding sports facilities, such as large sports halls, tennis courts, basketball courts, netball courts, and a multi-gym fitted out with modern apparatus. The sports facilities are available to all students no matter what course you are studying. Matthew Boulton Campus can offer a fitness centre/multipurpose gym, and it shares sports facilities with Aston University.

Nursery Facilities

The College offers childcare facilities to students with young children between the ages of six weeks to five years. All nurseries provide high quality childcare in a happy, caring and stimulating environment with experienced and qualified staff.
