Course Overview

This course covers a diverse range of art and design disciplines to open up new opportunities in the exploration of fashion and textiles design. Fundamentals such as pattern drafting, observational life drawing and fashion drawing, are delivered through highly innovative studio practice, including collaborative and live project opportunities. There is an opportunity to specialise in the areas of your choice, along with visits to local galleries, museums and exhibitions, plus a week in a European cultural centre and an overseas gallery visit. Students will have the opportunity to participate in a major show open to the public at the end of the course.
