Student council
The Student Council is an important part of College life because it allows the students the opportunity to voice their opinions on their college experience. A student representative from each tutor group is selected to raise key issues at Council Meetings.
Enrichment
As a student at Birmingham Metropolitan College you will have the opportunity to become involved in a wide range of enrichment activities.
As part of our enrichment programme, learners have the opportunity to gain skills and enjoy recreational and social activities.
Taking part in a wide range of enrichment experiences and learning opportunities will make your time at the College even more enjoyable, increase your circle of friends and add another interesting dimension to your CV, whether you are applying to University or going into employment after you have completed your qualifications.
Debating Competition
Our students annually take part in the Sutton Coldfield Interschools Debating Competition which is backed by Andrew Mitchell MP.
Creative writing
There are a number of creating writing clubs across the campuses.
